    Breath & Body

    The main premise of the book is to utilize massage techniques for the feet and hands to better improve blood flow (not always stated) which in turns improves other bodily functions. Reflexology is more than simply the hands and feet although these are the main focus of the book. Personally I do not believe massaging can cure rather it is like meditation or any other means which incorporate body and breaths - simply a way for the body to let go of everyday stress.
