There's only one place left to run-into forbidden arms.
Children of the Goddess Book 1
When she arrives at Ye Olde Haven Pub, the sanctuary for Trueblood Vampires, Regina is wounded and desperate. Her only thought is to save the Deva Clan, her family, from the dangerous Loups De L'Ombre, the Shadow Wolves. She knows she will not exactly be welcomed with open arms. She is, after all, an Unborn, the lowest caste of Vampire.
As a natural born from the purest line, Zander Sariel knows the rules are sacrosanct-a Trueblood mates with his own kind. But one taste of the young Unborn is all Zander needs to know that rules were made to be broken.
With enemies at every turn, Zander risks everything to save Regina from the monster that hunts her, his own kind's ignorance and-if he must-her lack of faith in her own unique abilities.
Only together do they have a chance to defeat the shadow that haunts their future, and save their entire race from extinction.
Warning, this title contains the following: explicit sex, voyeurism of an m/m/f ménage...a plethora of vampire nookie.

    An exciting, and fantastic read!

I was so impressed at how strong the beginning was. It was quite romantic yet thrilling at the same time. I was never bored, but mesmerized by the depth of passion. With the vampire genre growing, this is a good fit. A truly fascinating and passionate journey!

Refreshing new look at paranormals and how they came to be.

Regina in the Sun is my first read of R.G. Alexander; but it won't be my last. She catches your attention from the first page and weaves a wonderful story of Zander and Regina's fated love. Her characters have depth and personality; pulling you into their lives as they fight traitors and dark magic while dealing with their hunger for each other. I can't wait to read the rest of the series!

    Good read

Good read. Shorter story, good characters, and an enticing romance novel. Lacks an indepth struggle which I personally like. I love to see the characters overcome huge odds. This does have a that, just a shorter less drawn out version. Good book, but not great.

    Different spin on vampires

If you like paranormal, but also can look past pre-conceived notions of what vampires are and aren't, than you will enjoy this book.

    Warning - sexually explicit

It wasn't a bad story. It moves fast. I skimmed over many of the explicit sex scenes. Regina goes to seen help her for vampire clan from other vampires not inclined to be helpful. Once there, she falls in love with a very important vampire and he takes up her cause. There is double dealing and betrayal and whatnot. Not bad. I haven't decided if I'm going to pick up the next in the series or not. I could have done without the sex but hey, just skim over it if you don't like it - the rest of the story wasn't bad.

    loved it

i loved this book. The author did a wonderful job developing the story and the characters. It also brought a new twist to the vampire romance plot line. I loved the secondary characters also and can't wait to read their stories. I downloaded this as a free ebook, but have just purchased the second in the series.
