    reviewing book, Sam from MD.

Excellent novel! I had a really hard time putting this book down. A great read for anyone who's into vampire novels. It also had a very erotic appeal and a nice twist.

    'Dark and Terrific Read.'

Past the the witching hour and I was still reading. Relative Blood is a Horror readers treat, a tale quenched with dark flavor. So terrific... it reads like a diary. Close to a 'Dark Shadows' episode. A city that is filled with thirsty vampires, and a woman accepting her own mutation. The writing is tight and satisfying, and definitely worth another read.

    Relative Blood

Relative Blood is an intelligent gothic read, bound by intriguing detail and perpetual rhythm. A true story, visual and descriptive. It holds a mystery and intensity found in great dramitic film, all the while, maintaining the urban vampiric quality it has promised us.

    Relative Blood

Rutherford & Sanders put a new twist on the conventional view of vampires. With a surprise at every paragraph, Relative Blood is sure to spark the imagination of its readers. With its use of sophisticated language and passionately detailed and defined images, Rutherford & Sanders MUST be put among the ranks of Anne Rice and Bram Stoker. With each storyline flowing into the next, it's hard to consider that it was co-written. The graphic images throughout the novel illustrate the story, while still letting the reader imagine their own idea of what the city and people appear to be like. The book ends, but not the story, which leads me to wonder when the sequel will be coming out.

    AN UNUSUAL VAMPIRE TALE

An out of the night, terrific nonstop vampire book, about a city filled with thirsty vampires, and a woman accepting her own mutation. The writing is unique and satisfying, rare for collaborating authors. Even though, there are several curves to Relative blood, it's wonderful horror fiction that should be recognized. The characterization was life like, along with a truly satisfying ending that had me wanting more. I hope to see future writings by Rutherford and Sanders, they're definitely worth the read.
