    Very Relaxing; easy to execute anywhere

    I bought this as a gift for my mother who has an extremely stressful work life. The techniques are easy and practical for everyday use. I've listened to other audiobook readers that sound like they're trying too hard, but Nancy's voice on the CD is soothing and confident and not overdone--just what the doctor ordered.

    Some of the simpler breathing techniques are immediately helpful, whereas others take some small practice to master. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who finds themselves overburdened or tense or has trouble sleeping. Lots of quick fixes for sudden stresses as well as techniques for daily meditation and centering to help keep a generally more even keel.
