About the Author:
Dr. Sarah Brewer studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and went on to qualify as a medical doctor at the university's Clinical School. She continued her medical training at the prestigious Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, before becoming a General Practitioner.
The recipient of several writing awards. Sarah Brewer has written a self-help course for stressed executives, and contributes a health column to the Daily Telegraph newspaper. Her books include Simply Relax. She has also run several relaxation seminars and was named the Health Journalist of the Year in 2002.
