    Relentless Tenderness of Jesus

Wow! This book is awesome. I started reading the book because I was looking for direction in my walk with the Lord. I love the fact that the writer brings reality into his sharing how he struggled with the call of God on his life. He was transparent when sharing how the Father touched him and shared of his plan for his life. In that touch Brennan Manning knew he was sold out to the Lord and would share with many the awesome love that God has for Us.

    Jesus is Awesome!!!

What a blessing this book was for me. I am done with reading it and going to re-read it, but in more depth. Brennan makes you realized the most important truth about Christianity i.e. Jesus Christ is Lord of Love. No moralistic teaching will ever help you, but a real and personal encounter with Jesus will.

    God Is Love

Brnnan Manning has once again reached into our inner soul to pull us out of our own guilt and to relish in the God of Jesus. If you aren't praying and crying by the first ten pages, start reading the book at the beginning again. As a ragamuffin, torn in my own pit of guilt, I can't help myself but to reach out to God's grace and mercy and ask Him to let me love others as He has loved me. Brennan holds nothing back and encourages us to 'surrender all' to the One who created us.
