    Stop guessing, buy the book and get the answers from the experts.

    This is an outstanding book for anyone working with, or depending on cloud computing systems. I recommend this book to three types of readers. 1) For novices, it has sections that are easy to understand and provide an excellent background in both the general concepts associated with cloud computing as well as reliability and availability considerations. 2) For developers, it has sections that provide a rigorous and heavily referenced analysis of both reliability and availability that can be customized to specific networks or equipment. 3) For those that just want the answers, it has sections that make for a great reference.
