    Possible....

Sounds like a good start for my teen. Too bad its only the first chapter. Not enough to draw us in to buy the rest of the book though.

Not bad for a short story...

To let you guys know, this is just a short story that spawns off a enjoyable series. It included a preview of the first book, Glimmerglass, and the story itself.

I not exactly sure if anyone would consider it worth reading or not. It's not that bad or anything. It's just a marketing gimmick to get you to read the preview then buy the book. The story was well-written and entertaining. I thought it was a cute story. Or maybe that is just because I've read Glimmerglass and have enjoyed it.

In any case, I think it's just the reader's choice weather or not this story is worth reading.

    Check it out

I would say that this book is worth it to be read. It is free so even if you don't like you you won't get buyers remorse. Also it has a preview for the first novel of the series that sounds really good.

    Interesting

This snippet made me curious and got me intrigued to read the Faeriewalker Series. It is a very quick read and without the rest of the series the characters seem undeveloped and shallow.

    good book

    Aubu1964
I started this novel on Thursday March 8 2012.
Kimber lived in Aralon with her father and brother. And it was a Friday and she was walking home from school and the bell rang and she was hoping the it was her best friends Dee Dee. She was a Fairie and she also knew magic like Kimber too. She collects teddy bears that her father kept buy her for Christmas and birthdays. And so doesn't Ethan her brother and those were in her closet. Dee Dee put a magic spell on the teddy bears and it was walking towards them now. Ethan told the bears to undo so they did. This was a 13 pager. Ethen and Dee Dee had left Kimber 's room arm and arm. I liked this book. Shelley MA

Pretty good story, great book series

I love the Faeriewalker series, I have read the first three that are out and they are all amazing! This little short story isnt much though, and honestly I was expecting something better, something more. It was good though, reading from Kimbers point of view was interesting, it was just really short.

Not good... for me at least.

I really didn't like this book. I mean maybe other kids like it. But I'm ten and I guess I just like classics better. Like Pride and Prejudice, for instance. Maybe this would appeal to a kid of another type. I guess this book just isn't for me...

    Not that impressive

I was expecting more from this. I thought there would be more of a plot to it. I was also waiting for the actual writing to get better, but that never happened. It wasn't that interesting of a story. Hopefully her series is better.

    Ehhhh....

It sort of kept my interest at times, yet it was excessively boring at others. Its a good short story if you're interested in Fairys and magic. Possibly?
