    Erudite and witty

Mr. Didio has done an outstanding job of making it easy for the novice to understand what wine will go with what food - especially the section for vegetarians, personally much appreciated. However, I have to point out he is not as humerous as he once was. John Bergmeyer

    Great Book

Excellent book. The authors have a great understanding of how to pair food and wine and how to relay that to the readers. Highly recommend this book to everyone, from wine connoisseurs to anyone going to dinner for the night.
