Overview

Adam Lucas has lost everything -- his wife, his daughter, and his career as a U.S. Senator. At the breaking point, an unexpected visitor forces him to reevaluate his life. When Adam receives a mysterious note with details from his past that only he and his late wife knew, he meets a stranger that points him to a location across the country. Meanwhile, Hans Richter and Susan Meadows are fleeing for their lives after General Wallace Bydell orders the eradication of every last trace of the Lazarus Project including all the scientists. After an unknown stranger claiming to be from the future comes to their aid, they are directed to Devil's Lake, Oregon, where they are supposed to meet former Senator Adam Lucas. The discoveries that are made there jeopardize the future and have the potential to rip apart the very fabric of time itself.

Meet the Author

Marek Storm was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1971. He grew up as the youngest of three children by a full six years and subsequently had to develop a very active imagination. His undergraduate studies involved a healthy mix of Business, Information Systems, Communications, Psychology, and Theater. Marek graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2000. He has often contemplated pursuing a graduate degree, but would much rather spend his time doing what he truly loves, which is writing. He currently resides in Fort Wayne with his wife, two daughters, and three cats. A male cat was added to the family a little while ago in order to help balance the testosterone/estrogen levels in the house.

    Another Page Turner!!

This is just as thrilling and exciting as his book Reason (Part One). Another page turner that I couldn't put down until the end.

Part two just as interesting as part one. Not exactly the story line I expected, but still a good read.

Didn't like quite as well as the first book.... but was ok. The book reminds me of a mini-movie on TV, keeps leaving you hanging so you come back to find out what happens...

    Another don't waste your time.

This book is number two of three which is another set up for book three while not really moving the story along. All in all the three books could have been combined into one medium story that would have gotten a two star rating. Certainly no more of this author for me. Just glad I never paid for it otherwise I would be asking for a refund.
