This is a wonderful book about Renoir. After reading "Luncheon of the Boating Party", I wanted to know more about Renoir. I loved the book; it's full of interesting facts. However, the writing is not great. Sometimes I had to read a sentence twice, in order to know exactly what the writer meant.
A good read, if you want to know details about Renoir the man. I recommend it.
