The app would be worth it if it had been designed with the Nook Color in mind, but it clearly was not. The NC has well-known problems with the touchscreen edges and corners, yet all of the controls are located in a small toolbar on the top edge. DEVS: enlarge, move, or redesign the toolbar and you will have a five star app. Currently it is almost unusable on many NCs. NC users: DO NOT BUY until the above is done.

This was so much easier to use. Im able to highlight my textbooks add post it and it even has an option that allows me to see just the highlighted text. It also scrolls the pages left to right instead of up and down and its shows you a preview of your pages. What i have notices though is that it only works with original pdfs not things that are scanned or copied. But for me this is perfect.

This PDF viewer has everything you'll ever need for PDF viewing except one important thing--the ability to input user ID and password and communicate with Web-based server to unlock DRM-protected PDFs. If you're a college student attending an online school like me, you might encounter textbook PDFs like these occasionally. For the non-DRM files, the app works like a dream! You have the ability to highlight and add sticky notes--perfect for college studies in non-DRM-protected textbook files. You can even invert the text colors for a white text on black reading experience, perfect for hours of reading in the dark. The powerful search feature lets you scroll through keywords in your documents, an awesome time-saver while hunting documents for research citations or answers for homework questions. Bottom line: Perfect for most people. Almost perfect for college students and professionals. Support password-protected DRM-unlocking via the WiFi connection, and I'll change my rating to 5 STARS.

I bought the ez pdf first but when I could not do a simple rotate, I bought this. Considering this is only an e-reader & NOT a tablet, its been working well. Im able to open eveything & with a little patience & focus I can highlight, take notes & bookmark.

App has a re-flow feature that reformats multiple column text into a single scalable column. Very useful for scientific journal articles, for example.

I have Quick Office pro and ezPDF also, and suffice it to say that those 2 are no where near as good for PDF document handling /reading on the NC. I now actually read my scientific articles on the NC with great enjoyment and can highlight fairly easily. Well worth the $

This PDF reader is great for reading PDF files as long as they are not to large. I am constantly working with PDF files for work and this does the job nicely as long as the file size is under 1mb, if it is any larger than that it slows down quite a bit and even stops running. On the plus side you can highlight and make notes to the documents. I have to sign documents for work and this is great to do that without printing the document. Overall it is worth the money.

Comments/notes are placed in middle of screen. Unable to select desired note for editing/deletion w/o first zooming in to max. Controls at top are difficult to select -- often takes several taps.

Just bought the app and its fantastic! It runs really smooth with both good pdf's and crappy scanned pdf's. Highly recommend this for your NC! I use my NC for veterinary school so i dont have to lug around quite so many books.

Consolodates endless resources that military aviators usually have to lug around in bags as they go to class. I would imagine the same could be assumed for any student. Makes finding the right answer while carrying less easier and practical. This App functions well for daily reading and quick look-ups.

How do I get my money back, the app states "form fill PDF" this is untrue. There is no reason to buy this app, very disappointed.

Nook's reader is basic, and it's ok. I'd like a few more bells, but don't need the whistles. Anyone have both this and EZ-Pdf, and have a preference?
