Sarah Anne Hughes is the illustrator of many books, including the Handbook for Butterfly Watchers.

Roger Tory Peterson, one of the world's greatest naturalists, received every major award for ornithology, natural science, and conservation as well as numerous honorary degrees, medals, and citations, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The Peterson Identification System has been called the greatest invention since binoculars. I am an art teacher and have a grandson that is an outdoor enthusiast. When we can't be outside this is an activity that appeals to boh of us. I like the authentic representation of all the images. It is educational as well as craftsy.
