    Was a little Upset with:

    what I found. I had thought, mistakenly, that I purchased the full book via Nook Book. But only purchased the review. >.< is there a way to obtain this book in full via Nook Book?

    No

    No there isn' a way to get reservation blues on the nook color yet but they do have THE ABSOLUTELY TRUE DIARY OF A PART-TIME INDIAN. Its also a very good book about the rez. Give it a shot if you like neil gaiman than you'll like this, also if you like neil gaiman try cory doctorows LITTLE BROTHER.
