Roxanne Snopek is an award-winning Canadian freelance writer. Her articles and essays have been published widely, from local newspapers and national newspapers to magazines such as Woman's World and Reader's Digest. Her personal essays have traveled much farther than she has, and have been translated into over a dozen languages.
She's also the author of several non-fiction books, all centering on the human-animal bond. Although she's now focusing on fiction, her work always ends up with animals in it, somehow. She likes it that way.
