The lesson is related to friendships, family relationships and cultures. Activities are included that will reinforce this lesson and historical examples are also offered. It is often difficult for parents to know if they are teaching young children enough about the values of life, and respect for other people. This title is part of the "First Facts, Everyday Character Education" series. 2005, Capstone Press, , Ages 4 to 8.—Joyce Rice
