    Excellent starting point!

    This book is perfect for the would be entrepreneur looking to open a restaurant. Along with the real life testimonials, it also offers sound advice on the steps involved in opening a restaurant. Definitely worth buying. BTW, this book is in every SBA resource center's library so that should tell you something!
