Amazing book! While there's some Ayurveda in it, there is much more. Both technical explanations of sleep and practical ways to overcome insomnia. Insomnia is a result of excess Vata. This is something that is revisited again & again. Now I'll have to dig out my book on Ayurveda to learn how to balance my doshas! Either Chopra explained the whole concept better or it took six months for the concept to sink in. Either way I understand the concepts of Ayurveda much better now than when I first bought a book on it.
