Navigating the world alone is all Josephine Geroux has ever known. Life altering tragedy struck early on for her. She endured an admirable struggle through her youth and learned the hard way how to adapt and survive. She managed to arrive at adulthood in one piece in spite of it all.

After such chaos, maintaining a life free of complications is a priority for her.
Everything changed when a man with amber eyes came through her door and claimed her heart. She fell hard in more ways than one. The pull between Jo and Damon seemed like fate bringing things full circle.

With another devastating loss looming, Jo fights to hold on to the very thing that brought her to her knees. She finds herself torn between a promising future and clinging to a devastating past.
But that’s not the most worrisome problem on her hands.

She must convince more than just herself to let the past stay in the past, where it belongs, but on her journey to find closure and resolution, she does the exact opposite. An old wound caused by a heinous act becomes exposed for what it is. The truth is catastrophic and Jo is helpless, watching as the ruins of her fragile world endure more turmoil.

Can something conceived from tragedy and malice end well? Can something so completely poisoned conquer adversity? Jo is left to make a decision; accept the circumstances she finds herself in or fight with unwavering ferocity to restore what has been damaged.

Wish it were just one book. Not into these split up books, because by the time the next one comes out I cant remember what happened in the last.

What's the deal with changing the grandmother's name? I noticed that too... How does that get by both the author and the editor? So short and the beginning was a verbatim copy of book 1??? It was a huge disappointment for me.

I enjoy the story of Damon and Jo. However I don't think it needs to be drawn out over 3 (maybe more, who knows) books. A few twists, and all entertaining.

Restore Me is the second book in the Wrecked Series. If you haven't read book one (Wrecked)then you need to read that first...go ahead, go buy it! The book pics up a week after the first ended & Jo is trying to deal with her guilt over Damon's accident. As I read her recollection leading up to the accident, I was hysterical all over again. The first two chapters of this book should coming with a warning label: reader may suffer a heart attack!! While reading I could feel every single emotion Jo was experiencing & to me that is the sign of a brilliant author. Damon has gone somewhere deep in his mind and isn't speaking to anyone. Jo vows to never walk out on him again & the scenes of her trying to give him whatever he needs are heartbreaking. When she was crushed, I was crushed. When she was hopeful, I was hopeful. When she was angry, I was angry. We get more insight into Damon's family & plot twists are definitely set up for what I'm sure will be an amazing third book in the series. It's an amazing story of love, forgiveness & hope. My only complaint was that I finished it so fast because I just couldn't put it down ;)  - WHO KNEW HOPE COULD BE SO FRUSTRATING & SCARY? I FEEL LIKE I'M GAMBLING AND THE WAGER IS IRREPLACEABLE. MY HEART IS THE BET ON THE FELT & I'M PRAYING TO GOD OR WHOEVER TO LET THE CARDS FALL JUST RIGHT; JUST THIS ONCE.

Let me start by saying that I. Could. Not. Wait. for this book to come out. I absolutely LOVED Wreck Me, so this was a book I was highly anticipating. Literally jumping up and down when I got to read it...Who doesn't jump up and down over a book? oh, you don't..you mean it's just me?? awwwwkwwward......Okay, so here I am jumping up and down. So pumped for more Damon and Jo... And then I get a chapter or two in and I'm confused. I don't like this. I don't like how this sounds. I want happy Jo and Damon, this is not happy Damon and Jo. I want love and happiness and flowers and hearts raining from the sky...We get there, don't worry. But we have to work at it. And boy do we work. Of course, we have to work at Damon's pace and using Damon's methods... which I am not complaining about.. what!?!? I'm just saying...So Jo and Damon are having a bit of a rough go. And Jo is her normal snarky smart ass self. Man I love that about her. He's Mr Broody and distant. And of course, Grams is still one rockin old woman. Who apparently is trying to get her own bow chicka wow wow going on..with the maintenance man. I don't think there was a time during the whole book where I was disappointed. I think my eyes were glued to the screen THE WHOLE TIME.This was an amazing book. From start to finish, from beginning to end, I loved it. I love where their relationship ended, and I have to even say I loved the cliffhanger ending. I can't wait to see where we go to in Book 3. All our major players where here, so I'm excited to see where they all go to in our next installment of the series. The epilogue is... AWESOME!!

WOW! I'm not sure where to begin with this one. I honestly think I was holding my breath through the first part of the book. I was absolutely dying with the suspense. I almost had to put the book down because I was so scared of what the outcome was going to be. I was screaming....."out with it already, before I have a heart attack". I think at one point I almost passed out with the relief of getting the answer, only to start holding my breath again. Needless to say, I was up way past my bedtime. Word of advice, don't start this at bedtime. Unless, you want to be a sleep deprived zombie. I'm doing this review on the short. I don't want to rob you of your own emotional episodes, by giving to much away. I want you to get the full affect. Restore Me picks back up right where we left off in Wreck Me. We relive the cruel and devastating ending with Josephine,as she recounts the time. Jo is not in a good place, life is back to black for her. She's trying to figure out where to go from here and how to build a life with what's left. Is there anything left? Can she pick up the pieces this time? Does she have the strength to overcome the pain, guilt, and uncertainty that haunts her life now? As she makes arrangements for Damon, She leans on what support she can get from Brian "Brianna", the assistant and little Hemingway. Gram is there for the emotional escape Jo needs. Gram deals out the spunky truth to keep her moving and holding on to what pieces are left. Gram even spreads the love with some man candy. Jo has her hands full with a life that isn't going to be the same from here on out. Everything has changed and its not going to be Easy. Can I just say this book is killer in terms of the emotional output? I mean the hangover with this one had me wound tight. Its one of those that hit you as sparks of kindling and slowly bulids into a full blown fire, after the fact. I'm still feeling the burn. I'm scared and anxious for Complete Me. I need that sucker like right NOW. I gave this book 4.75 stars. I took the deduction because I felt like the book was too short. Even with that being said, I don't feel that it took away from the book, it just left us to soon. I guess it's me throwing a bit of a tantrum. I wanted more, NOW. I wait anxiously for the next book. I leave you with a quote from Jo's POV because it pretty much sums this up for me. " I feel like I'm in the spotlight and the heat beating down has sweat misting the skin along my hairline. I'm going to need to reapply deodorant before we go out, I'm sweating bullets from all this anxiety."

I was really excited to read this book. It was a good book. Had a few too many direct scenes from the first book though. And now there's going to be another one. I like anticipation, but its nice when an author finishes a story in one book.

Oh how I love Damon and Jo. I absolutely fell in love with them in the first story, Wreck Me. Damon's devotion to Jo, the way he takes care of her, the way he opened up to her, was so beautiful. So I have been anxiously waiting for this sequel to come out. When it was delayed, I was screaming at my computer, COME ON RESTORE ME! But it finally came out and I devoured it within the day. The problem is, it went far too quickly. The book was much shorter then I would have wished, but at the end of it, that is my only complaint.  I feel like any details I give you will be spoiling the authors surprise of the story so I am going to leave you with an assurance that this book rocks.

Loved book #2 Restore Me, but Wreck Me book #1 must be read first. I enjoyed reading the turn of events as I read through the book. Loved the character development.
