    Highly Recommended

Excellent rules to go by if you want to put things first. By understanding the "culture" of your organization you can find where you have been but will set a direction to where you want to go. Your results are a measure of your assessments for that success.

    Real-life Strategies for Delivering Results

Results Rule! successfully tackles one of the most difficult challenges for any organization--how to build a culture where everyone is committed to delivering results. I liked that this book doesn't devote a lot of space to theory. If you are looking for an academic analysis of organizational culture, you may not like this book. But if you are looking for real-life, straightforward examples, you will enjoy this book. Pennington is candid and occasionally irreverent. Results Rule! offers enough meat to challenge you without being boring.

    Real Life Application!

I like a book that tells you its premise without having to read even the dust jacket. Results Rule! is the kind of book every employee should have as required reading. It is easy to read, to the point, and loaded with real-life examples I am using to run my business. I admit that Randy Pennington is a friend. But, I would recommend this book even if I didn¿t know him. Results Rule! is one of those rare books that will teach you a valuable business lesson regardless of your position.¿ - Charles Brown, President SSI, Incorporated
