Overview

"THE DEAD WERE BACK...They had been returning for over four years.
Once the screaming stopped, people began to deal with it.

Welcome to The Infestation where life goes on no matter what.

Jim Campbell, your average burned-out ex-cop, is hired to find the cause of The Infestation. As to be expected, there's more to it than the movies and TV news would have you believe. Teaming up with a discredited scientist and a pair of bickering zombie exterminators, Campbell uncovers a conspiracy that reaches far beyond the mere nuisence of the walking dead.
Cover-ups, corporate corruption and Godcorp, the world's most powerful conglomeration.

Like any other day, the zombies are the least of the problems...

Based on the award-winning independent film from Happy Cloud Pictures, THE RESURRECTION GAME is a fast-paced "zombie-noir", revised and expanded for this special LIBRARY OF THE LIVING DEAD PRESS edition."

    Good zombie satire

The Resurrection Game is a book based on a screenplay written by the same author. Once I realized that this was a satire work and not serious, I was able to more fully enjoy all of its quirkiness. Compelling and amusing is how I would describe this book. I highly recommend it to zombie fans who want something lighter to read with a satirical note. There are four main characters plus the villian. The storyline is fun and the ending is good. I liked it.

    One Hell of a read!

What happens when the dead come back to life? After a while life goes back to normal, well normal with zombies in it anyway. Jim Campbell is a private investigator who's being paid a million dollars, by a famous horror novelist, to find the source of the zombie infestation. Who wants to read horror novels when real live horror is in you basement. Where do the zombies come from? Is it a governement plot, corporate treachery, or is it something more terrifying? The Resurrection Game mixes conspiracy, suspense, and out and out horror. Mike Watt doesn't pull any punches.

    Excellent Book!

A very entertaining and well written novelization of Watt's movie of the same name. It was the type of book I read in one sitting because once I start I don't put it down. Support indie filmmakers and indie published authors and get this book!
