Retrain Your Brain, Reshape Your Body: A Breakthrough Brain-Changing Weight-Loss Plan

I just picked up this book and I can't put it down! At first, I'll admit I was sceptical. A book that can be entertaining and about the brain? I thought it would be too scientific. But oh how wrong i was. This book will be intriguing to you no matter what your intelligence. It teaches you so many things about the brain and how it works. This book also teaches you how to lead a healthy lifestyle and overall-be happy! You HAVE to read this book!
