 We all look forward to retirement day. That final day of work when we will finally be able to get to the things we have put off for so long. Too often we reach that age worn out. Too tired to do the things we dreamed about in our youth.

At the same time, a company invests large sums in training and employee retention. Imagine a world where we can regain our youth. But there is always a price.
