Author Biography: Richard Lindberg has written about his hometown of Chicago for more than twenty years. A member of the Chicago Crime Commission and a co-founder of the Merry Gangsters Literary Society, he is the author of ten books on Chicago politics, history, sports, criminal justice, and ethnicity, including To Serve & Collect: Chicago Politics and Police Corruption and Return to the Scene of the Crime.
