Meet the Author

Kay Stockham always wanted to be a writer, ever since the age of seven or eight when she copied the pictures out of a Charlie Brown book and rewrote the story because she didn't like the plot. Through the years her stories changed, but one characteristic stayed true--they were all romances. Each and every one of her manuscripts included a love story, and a happy ending.

Published in 2005 with Harlequin Superromance, Kay has been recognized for her emotional, contemporary-set stories, garnering a long list of awards. Montana Secrets hit #7 on the best-seller list, and Kay's novels have been nominated for the HOLT Medallion, Book Buyers Best and RITA Award. She has published fourteen books with Harlequin Superromance, a novella with Berkley Publishing, and four titles to date with Kindred Spirits Publishing. Her books are read world-wide, and she has nearly one million books in print.

Born and raised in Kentucky, she now calls southern Ohio home. She shares her life with her husband and two children. For more information on Kay, please visit her website at KayStockham.com, on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Return To Eden by Kay Stockham is an emotional story of love and second chances.

Jesse St. James had stayed away from his hometown of Bennington, KY after the sudden death of his older brother Quinn. Jesse and Quinn were born less then a year apart and the shared everything. That was the case until they both fell in love with Eden Halloway. But Eden made her choice and Jesse tried to respect her choice. Jesse even stayed away after Quinn was killed by a drunk driver. He returned only to help his mother to get Quinn’s old home ready to be put on the market. His first sighting of Eden has all those feelings he tried to ignore rushing back in waves.

Eden Halloway loves her life in Bennington, KY. It’s a simple life and the perfect place for her to try to heal. Eden grew up with both Jesse and Quinn and loved them both. Quinn seemed the safer choice and Eden was happy to be engaged to Quinn. His untimely death shook her to her core. Eden was just starting to branch out again when Jesse St. James came home.

Eden and Jesse rekindle their friendship but both realize that Jesse isn’t in town for the long hall. Plus Eden is concerned how it will all play out in her small town if she goes from one brother to another. Jesse has to do some deep soul searching to take a chance on a love that may never come again.

Return To Eden is a deeply moving story about differently kinds of love. The loss of a fiancé for Eden and a brother for Jesse plays a major role in how their love develops. Watching these two struggle and overcome their issues adds another layer to this exceptional story. Kay Stockham’s books are always top notch and auto buys for me.
