About the Author

David Levy was born and reared in Dayton, Ohio. He received Jesus as his Messiah through the witness of a Hebrew Christian in November 1960. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, the University of Illinois, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. David spent ten years pastoring in Illinois.

Since 1974, David and his faithful wife Beverly have been on the staff of the highly respected, New Jersey-based Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry. He serves as the Foreign Field Director, overseeing workers in nine countries. In addition to his administrative and personnel responsibilities, he is in demand throughout the world as a conference speaker. David travels extensively representing The Friends of Israel in Eastern and Western Europe, Israel, New Zealand, Australia, and North and South America.

David has been Associate Editor of The Friends of Israel’s highly acclaimed bimonthly publication, Israel My Glory, since 1977. His expositional articles appear in each issue of the publication and in many other international magazines. He has authored a number of books, including Joel: The Day of the Lord; Malachi: Messenger of Rebuke and Renewal; The Tabernacle: Shadows of the Messiah; Guarding the Gospel of Grand; and When Prophets speak of Judgment.
