Overview

In “Revenge of the Roach King”, horror author C. Dennis Moore tackles one of his own personal biggest fears: bugs. In this story, an exterminator is called to the apartment of his brother Jerry, who is having one of the worst infestation problems ever seen.

But as his brother investigates the building, a mystery begins to unfold, and a possible explanation as to the origins of the roach problem in Jerry’s apartment, unbelievable as it may be. It seems Jerry was recently involved in a deal that went bad, which resulted in the death of one of his partners, Ronnie. Ronnie may be gone, but he had about a million silent partners of his own, and it looks like they’ve come for his share.

Moore ratchets up the creep factor in this tale as the bug scurry and skitter over every page, resulting in a climax that even the author didn’t see coming until it was too late.

If you hate things that go creeping in the night, this Dancing On a Razorblade sampler is sure to keep you awake long after the lights go out.
