Overview

While most books focus solely on the role of cholesterol in heart disease, Reverse Heart Disease Now draws on new research that points to the surprising other causes. Two leading cardiologists draw on their collective fifty years of clinical cardiology research to show you how to combine the benefits of modern medicine, over-the-counter vitamins and supplements, and simple lifestyle changes to have a healthy heart.

    Excellent book.

The information contained in this book is a must for those suffering with cornary artery disease. It has given me the knowledge to turn the tide on an impending heart attack and
delay coronary artery bypass grafting indefinitely. The info within it's covers should be taught by hospitals to its cardiac patients as an adjunct therapy to compliment their medical regimine.
It can also help improve the outcome after surviving a heart attack. Couple this book with his " Metabolic Cardiology" and you have an arsenal to aid you in the fight against cardiac disease. I can't say enough good about these books.
