This is the best manga I have ever read! I was so great I read it about 5 times in one day! The people at my school thought I was crazy for reading it! Especially during some scenes with Utena and Tougra...Anyway, if you haven't read it you'll surely love it! This book won't let you down and is a great manga to anyone's collection. I mean I have over 20 some mangas and I'm still collecting! Isn't that crazy? So, you'll love it! Trust me!

Wow,smokes here it is...finally, the best anime movie transfered into manga format. After watcing and reading the series of Utena I was estatic that the movie would be printed in America but I was hardly sure about the manga and here it is! The book starts about a 'boyish' girl, Tenjou Utena who just transfers to the refined Ohtori Academy. Her boyish attitude and outlook on life takes the Academy by suprise. But when she is led a shower of rose petals to a mysterious platform in the sky Utena first meets the mysterious and beautiful Himemiya Anthy more commonly known as The Rose Bride. It is then that Utena starts her amazing journal through the Academy and becomes a duelist, winning the power of the Rose Bride. However what secrets lie in Anthy's past that affect the present and what is the mystery surronding the handsome Kiryuu Touga and Ohtori Akio! Well you have to read and find out. Utena is, and always has been, my favorite anime and manga. ever. It was wonderful and unforgettable characters that you will never meet anywhere else. Chiho Saitou dose an amazing job with the plot and visuals to bring the spendor of The Adolesence of Utena from movie to manga! Although be warned: this goes a lot furhter on the relationship with Utena and Anthy than the manga or anime dose. If that subject matter greatly offends you, than this is not for you. However if you are anime or manga fan, even more so if you love the magic of Utena, this is a must have for your collection.
