This Bible is amazing! It's easy to understand, and makes reading the Bible an absolute pleasure. It's like a mix of Seventeen magazine and scripture. It's great for teenage girls of all ages. I got it as a gift when I turned 16. I'm 18 now and I still can't put it down. I highly recommend it!

I am always trying to read the Bible, but I don't get that far into it. With this book, it is easy to read and relates to the world today.I absolutely LOVE it!!!

I'm 19 and was looking for a bible in a language I could understand. Reading this book has introduced me to the bible in a way I have never understood before. I love the magazine-like format, too. It's not as bulky as a normal bible and is fun to read!

A girl at my school had it and I read it for like 5 min and loved it!!! Its an awsome way to ease reading the bible it had everything in the old bible but more interesting and lots for fun to read!!!! I suggest it for around 10+!!!!!

Revolve is a powerfully inspiring magazine. I chose to review this magazine with the understanding that its target audience was teen girls. However, I discovered that not only does it thoroughly discuss issues, which concern teen girls, but also crosses cultural boundaries. Revolve provides data on world issues, community services, family problems, it teaches self-reflection and ultimately helps to center life around God. <P> This refreshing magazine accomplishes all of the above in brilliant format. Each book of the New Testament is divided into sections and questionnaires that when answered truthfully, reveal characteristics about one self and relationships. Uplifting suggestions for change are also provided. <P> Revolve has caused self-improvement in this reviewer. Reawakening my spirituality, to focus on doing something to help others, by donating time to clothe/feed the hungry and help the elderly. Moreover it has inspired me to reflect on my relationship with God, and how and what I must do to fulfill Gods purpose for me. <P> Like the Bible itself, the Books of the New Testament in Revolve are like Daily Bread for the Spirit. Revolve is a great teaching tool for not only teens girls, but women as well. <P> I plan to use Revolve as a consortium. Much like the blank pages provided in the magazine for reflection. Reviewing this magazine has left me with blank areas waiting to be filled spiritually. I admit that this is a pretty good idea-making the Bible accessible to teen girls....but the authors obviously are way disconnected from normal teenagers. They add tips like 'Have a double date with your parents!' Sorry, but advice like this just makes it look stupid, outdated, and dorky to most girls over 10. This trivializes the Bible, and in my opinion, (which is pretty objective, since I'm not even Christian) it is easier for most of us girls to just read the Bible then to sort through cotton candy fluff like this all day.

my brother-in-law bought a REVOLVE magazine and let me check it out. i liked it a lot. i was involved with a secular performing arts school play and at the end i wanted to get them something so my sister (who was also involved in the play), two other christian girls, and myself all chipped in and got the teens from the school each their own REVOLVE magazine. THEY ALL LOVED IT! it was a great ministy tool and i think they should make one that would be good for boys, too!

I am 15 and heard on Television during Kid's NEWS about this new version of the Bible. Knowing what I do about the stress, pressure, and struggle of the teen years I thought that this would be an awesome way to reach those who need to hear the Gosple. It interests them and gets them involved with the Scriptures. I know that I dont read the Bible enough, but I would really like to check out this version. It might just give me the inspiration I need to dig into the Word of God!

I don't think the suggestions are lame at all. If you want to honor God with your relationships, then these suggestions are great! I got Revolve at a Girls of Grace conference, and it is amazing. I also bought one for a lost friend for christmas. It is a great way to witness to someone. The magazine paper kinda cheapens it, though. btw...switchfoot rocks!

I don't have this yet but I know this will be the coolest bible ever and a REALLY COOL way to infuence pre-teens and teens to read the bible. I hope to but one for my brother 9the boys one).

I'm a teen (17) and reading the bible has always been a chore for me because I didn't understand it. And when I got a bible that was easier to comprehend, it was just boring. Revolve was MADE for me. It's the same words,etc as the 'regular' bible but something about it draws me in. And I WANT to read it and I have never felt that way before. I've talked to my friends about it and now they're excited too. It's a great witness tool. It's also a great way to keep your faith and read the bible. BUY IT if you haven't. You (and your soul) will be glad you did.

Wow! Three copies came today; my 12-year-old confiscated one, and two adult friends borrowed the others, saying, 'Cool!' This will be a great gift to share with teens.

Nelson Bibles, a highly regarded Christian publisher, has done an exceptional job of making the New Testament friendly, relevant and exciting to girls in their teens. My wife and I have bought copies for a couple of high school libraries in our area. We sent out ten letters to librarians, offering to make the donation, and two of them have responded so far. We're also going to offer to donate a copy to our local public library. Many people find their teenage years to be lonely and difficult, and many of us have experienced the pain of making bad decisions in our youth. We hope and pray that the REVOVLE New Testament will be a source of comfort to many, and a source of guidance and salvation, revealing God's love and grace.
