    A Great Buy Indeed!

I have been suffering from RA for about 4 years already. I tried to help myself by becoming more educated and familiar with the disease. I consider this book as one of the most helpful books I have read. This book is very informational. It tackles every aspect of the disease process. I have no regrets buying this book.

    Not just for ARTHRITIS SUFFERERS!

I thought I had carpal tunnel syndrome but after reading this I realized I was way off-base. It not only helped me diagnose my issue but showed me how to deal with it. I cannot praise the writers enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Not enough information

Most of what is in the book can be found with a simple Google search. It is great for gaining basic knowledge, but not as informative as I had hoped. It does give great ideas on foods to eat or eliminate, as well as vitamins to supplement. For a newly diagnosed sufferer, this is a good beggining reference to read.

    Great information!

My grandmother suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have been looking for some information to help her with her condition. I came across this book and I'm very impressed with the facts and information it provides. Now, my grandmother knows how to better treat and handle her arthritis and her symptoms have already started to ebb away.

    Very Informative and Helpful Book

This book and guide I found to be the last word on all things rheumatoid arthritis. I know some older relatives of mine and a friend I shared the information in this book and report with. They have taken the information and steps in this guide to help treat their conditions and it has done wonders for them. If you or a loved one is suffering with arthritis. This book is a must to get to them. Be great resource and gift for them for Christmas. Highest recommendation.

    Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-term disease that leads to inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissues. It can also affect other organs. The cause of RA is unknown. It is an autoimmune disease, which means the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.
RA can occur at any age, but is more common in middle age. Women get RA more often than men.

    Great Information on Rheumatoid Arthritis

This book has some really good information in it for my rheumatoid arthritis. I have been suffering from it for years and was not sure if that was what I really had or how to treat it if I did have it. This book provided me with ways to self diagnose myself and treat it too without having to go see my physician. I am now able to keep it under control too. Using the right herbs and foods has really helped me also, thanks to the tips in this book. I highly recommend it.

    Not informative

I have RA. This was not helpful. Didnt discuss real symptoms, real effective treatments. Very dissapointing for $8. The 49 pages definately didnt provide all I needed or wanted to know.

Research RA on the internet instead

All the information in this book can be found on the internet. In addition, there's an ad for a "miracle cure" at the end of the book, which contradicts the author's repetitive claim that RA is a disease for which there IS no cure. Save your money.
