As a pastor I am always looking for story books or children's bibles to read to my son at bedtime. As the title suggests, this is a toddler board book that I believe has 7 stories from the bible in it. Each story is about 4 pages long and is filled with beautiful pictures. Read to your child the stories of Noah's Ark, Moses, Jonah, David and Goliath and the birth of Jesus. The book is a rhyming book of course, because it is for much younger ears. This would be a great gift to new parents at a baby shower, or an infant dedication.  What a wonderful little book Thank you to Zondervan for this preview copy in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I have a 3-year-old who loves to read stories from the Bible so I was excited to review The Rhyme Bible Storybook for Toddlers By L. J. Sattgast.  She was excited to get a new Bible as well.  She loves it!  The picture are clear & colorful & the stories are in rhyme.  I received the book just a few days ago and we've already read the entire thing several times.  She can even read some to me now! The Bible has well-known stories such as Creation, Noah and the Flood, Baby Moses, David and Goliath, Jonah, Daniel in the Lions Den,  the birth of Jesus, the Feeding of the 5,000, Jesus' Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem, the Resurrection and His Ascension into Heaven.  I really like that it touched on Jesus' death on the cross in a way that is age-appropriate (They will hang Him on a tree, and He will die for you and me).  If you have toddlers or know any, I would recommend this Bible for them.  It's wonderful!

Published by: ZonderKidz Written by: Linda Sattgast Illustrated by: Laurence Cleyet-Merle I always enjoy reading new children's Bibles and storybooks, so I was happy to pick up The Rhyme Bible Storybook for Toddlers and check it out. The story: This book includes ten of the more wellknown Bible stories, including Creation, Jonah, and Jesus' death and resurrection. The illustrations: The pictures in this book are pretty well detailed, and colorful. How strong is the book? This is a padded boardbook, and it seems to be relatively sturdy. Who the book is for: This books is called a "toddler" Bible, but the padded cover kind of gives it a baby-ish look and feel. The stories are written in a way that is appropriate for toddlers and preschoolers. What I liked: I like the look and feel of padded boardbooks. The stories are true to God's word, yet simple. The rhyming text is nice. What I didn’t like: I wish that the book included more stories. I don't think this book should have the word "toddler" on the front, as that limits the audience. My conclusion: Overall, this is a good children's Bible. I give The Rhyme Bible Storybook for Toddlers 4 out of 5 stars. I received this book free to review from BookSneeze. The opinions expressed in this review are my true thoughts and feeling regarding this book. I am disclosing this information in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255.

We really loved this book for family worship with our toddler. We had fun looking for the little snail on most of the pages. I often buy this book for first time mothers.
