All Music Guide
An interesting collection of duets between country and soul artists, Rhythm Country & Blues works better in theory than in practice, despite a couple of fine tracks.

This is one of my favorites too.

Aaron Neville and Trisha Yearwood singing I Fall to Pieces always gives me chills. I love having so many of the great voices on one cd. We don´t hear George Jones or Patti Labelle nearly enough anymore.

I'm buying my second copy of this CD.

I've owned this CD for many years and loaned it to my boyfriend who wouldn't give it back when we broke up....guess he likes it too. His 10 year old daughter loved listening to the "Patches" track. My favorites are "Rainy Night in Georgia", When Something is Wrong with my Baby", Funny How Time Slips Away", and Ain't Nothing like the Real Thing". This CD is a fascinating mix of rhythm, country & blues and the pairings of performers is brilliant. I miss this CD, not the boyfriend.
