Are you hungry for Richmond? Well, if you are this is the book for you. Hundreds of recipes from Richmond's past for your future dinner table. This book will make your mouth water at all of the savory and delicious recipes inside of its covers. And all of the recipes are as simple to make as they are plentiful.<BR/>Jan Carlton has done a fabulous job of compiling recipes from all of Richmond's landmark restaurants and families. Some recipes that are so old, buttermilk biscuits from 1893, that there is no known origination. You want Seafood Gumbo? How about The Tobacco Company's recipe. Yep! its in there. <BR/>You can also check out more of Jan Carlton's recipes on Channel 8 News at noon.
