I really like what Rick has to say. However, on my IPAD the maps are totally useless to me. They are tiny and you cannot enlarge them. I asked B & N if I could exchange for a hard copy and got no response at all. IPAD Nook app also takes forever to load pages and the index is a real pain. Wonder if Nook has the same problem? If you buy this book, get a hard copy!
