Ralph Compton stood six-foot-eight without his boots. He worked as a musician, a radio announcer, a songwriter, and a newspaper columnist. I enjoyed reading this book because the author brought the story to life, it was easy to understand and it is a good western. I love westerns and this book definitely had the good ending in every way. Ralph Compton did great.
