Meet the Author

I’m a Christian homeschooling mom who loves to write. I believe that love is the center of our walk with God and want to share simple lighthearted stories about finding your soul-mate within God’s family. I believe that God gave us a sense of humor for a reason, so I try to put a little bit of humor in my stories. I can’t imagine a world without laughter.

    Spoiler alert!

It really bothered me that Larry told Ashley he loved her. He went on and on about how much he loved his 1st wife, but couldn't tell Ashley once that he loved her? I was also.disappointed that Larry did not ask Ashley to marry him, Riley asked and all he did was nod his head. How was all this suppose to show the reader that Larry has gotten over his feelings of guilt for "having feelings" for someone else? I did not get the impression that Larry was marrying Ashley for any other reason than to provide Riley with the mother she wanted. I really liked Anna, Mary and even Kennedy's stories, I felt Katie short changed Ashley.

Why the book is called Riley's song?

It was a cute little story about a 2year little girl and on the side the beginning of a love story. I guess I missed something when I read this book because I don't know why is called Rileys song? but it's okay because I did enjoy this lovely christian story, it did not have too much of anything and I actually want it the story to continue. I recommended highly.
