On Screen credits of the author include Nike, Old Spice, Jordan, Samsung, Joan of Arcadia, Thor, Gatorade, and many other commercials, tv shows, web series', and films.

Topics not found in any other book of it's kind include:

Mental state during a move to LA

Breakdown of where to live

Moral support and where to get it

Self submissions and when to do it

Things to do when everything has gone wrong

The Toy Box, a collection of unique tools that will change your acting forever

And a bonus tool never used anywhere because I am the creator of it, a tool that has worked for me 100% of the time

I wrote this book with other people like myself in mind. I graduated University in the midwest and moved to LA on my own eight years ago. If I knew then what I've learned over the past decade, I would've done things very differently; lucky for you, you will know what I know now.

Editorial Reviews

Chicago based Comedian - Chanzo Tambuzi
This book is a no-brainer. If I knew the first time I went to LA what I knew after reading this book...honestly, the information is just invaluable.
Actor - Carole Kwon
I met Mk through a mutual friend. I told him I was relocating to LA and asked if he had any advice. He sent me an early copy of his book...I have to say, this book should simply be required reading for beginning actors and actresses, and even advanced ones who feel stuck in their careers.
Small business owner - Christina Ngyuen
A friend of mine recommended this book to me after emailing Michael and asking if it was okay to let me read it. I'm not an actress and not even in the industry, but this book had me laughing throughout, was an emotional and touching story, and really helped me to put my life on a full course. I now have a star map laid out with an Endgame in sight!
