Good story, lots of twists and turns

This was a very good romantic mystery by Nora Roberts and the setting was unbelievable. This was a good mystery that kept you guessing until the end. Highly recommend this book.

    OK

This was OK. I've not read a lot of Nora Roberts, but enough to know to expect mystry, romance and a strong willed woman who eventually gives in to her feelings of love for the man who wants to take care of her. And this story delivered all of that. I did find myself skimming through many parts though-so knew I was ready for the story to be over.

By review date this looks like a re issue of a early book

kept as a fill in in case of writers block style and story just dont quite jell a series writer finds it easier to get through with standard supporting cast and short reviews of past cases and repeat of characteristics of leads. This might have been under another pen name too recently read a classic that used so much from anither book that had to check that it wasnt!

This is book is so bad it made me wonder if Roberts has some kin

This is book is so bad it made me wonder if Roberts has some kind of auto-writer program. Stilted writing, horrifically stupid motivation for the characters. I couldn't even finish it.

Roberts does such a better job in so many other books, I can't understand why this one got published. If I could give it a zero star rating, I would.

Light, not too light, something like jello

Have read several others from this author and this one is less. Was expecting more from her and was disappointed. However, for light and I mean light reading, it was over quickly, so not too bad. I live in the Caribbean and though it takes place in Mexico, which almost is the Caribbean, it is not really the Caribbean ( it is presented as taking place there), but that is the least of it. The characters are representative of many other characters but they flow along. It is ok for a quickie but you won't be really involved with the people.
