    The River of Wind

When Bess, the sole resident of the Palace of Mists, finds a map to a previously unknown owl kingdom across the ocean, she is quick to share her findings with Otulissa of the Great Ga'Hoole Tree. Soon Soren, Coryn, and the Chaw of Chaws are off to find this new kingdom. Riding on a river of wind, the owls of Ga'Hoole are able to cross the vast Unnamed Sea. When they make land they find a strange blue owl named Tengshu, who becomes their self-appointed guide through the Jouzhenkyn, or Middle Kingdom. But Nyra and her band of Pure Ones find out about the Ga'Hoolian owls' trip to the Jouzhenkyn, and guardians Eglantine and Primrose must race against time itself to find the Chaw of Chaws - before the Pure Ones do! Full of harrowing suspense and introducing an entirely new owl kingdom, 'The River of Wind' will satisfy any fan of the Guardians of Ga'Hoole series.

    Color Burst

The Color Burst is a large flower garden of flowers of all shapes and sizes. At the side of the flower garden is a small waterfall. There is also prey to catch and herbs to pick here. If you want to run from the troubles of the Clan for a while, this is the place to do so.

Very dull compared to the others in the series

This book wasn't very good, in my opinion. Before I loved this series because they contained almost realistic facts about owls, with a realistic form of writing. Now it is WAY too fictional and out there, and the series became rather predictable. There's a mystery, then a fight, mystery and a fight, and so on, each time having the guardians meet up with the Pure Ones.
