I hope that nook carries the rest of this series. This was a long book, which I really liked& was able to enjoy over about five hours. I highly recommend that you add it to your reading list if you enjoy stories that bring the old testament to life.

This was a very interesting read and definitely not sugar coated. Very descriptive about the life and times of the Jewish slaves being transported to Babylon. There is not a lot of action in the novel but the story is worth reading. This is a long novel so you get a lot for freee.

I enjoyed the story but typos & editing errors were very distracting.

The story line is good. The characters are also. But I thought it could have been written better. It seemed too flowery for the event that was taken place.
