    Recommend for anyone...

I am a high school coach, I read this book after one of our ex-students came to speak with our younger athletes about this book. The presentation made me curious so I bought the book. This book is exactly what the title implies...it is a roadmap to success. This is a good book for young and old athletes of any level.

The biggest difference between a good athelte and a great athlete is focus and having a plan for how to achieve measurable goals. This book is an easy read and has interesting activities geared at helping the athlete write out a plan in a logical, manageable way.

I recommend this book to athletes of any age. The same authors have, or will, write other books on other topics, after reading this one I an definitely eager to check out the others!

One of the Most Important Books I've Read

This book is exactly what I've been looking for - a guide to help me perform better in important situations. It's well written, has lots of examples and presents several unique ideas that have worked for me consistently. I LOVE the 'Emotion Wheel' that explains how to ZONE at will. A must read for all serious athletes.
