Alexander Alberro is Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Florida, Gainesville, and the author of Conceptual Art and the Politics of Publicity. He is also the co-editor of Conceptual Art: A Critical Anthology and Two-Way Mirror Power: Selected Writings by Dan Graham on His Art.
Lynne Cooke has been curator at the Dia Center for the Arts since 1991. She has written and edited several volumes on contemporary art and has lectured widely on the topic throughout the world.
Dave Hickey has written for most major American cultural publications. Formerly executive editor at Art in America, Hickey's publications include Prior Convictions (1989), The Invisible Dragon: Four Essays on Beauty (1993), and Air Guitar: Essays on Art and Democracy (1997). Hickey received the Frank Jewett Mather Award for Distinction in Art Criticism in 1994. He is currently associate professor of art criticism and theory at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
