This book will force you out of your design box!

This full color book is a great reference! Some great sections were: creating logos/letterhead; creating images that can span needs from newspaper,to web,to high quality print;and implementing designs from idea to completion. The only drawback is a very self-serving questionnaire that forces you to reference other books that the authors have written. Ignore this chapter, and this book is a true winner!

    Good Idea Book

I really enjoyed this book. Although I found the first chapter, 'how much do you know already?' which asks you questions about design - but lists no answers and just tells you to buy another book, to be annoying - the rest of the book was worth this poorly written first chapter. I liked how they showed pictures of the evoloution of each project and a description of the design process.
