Marks is either a fraud or profoundly ignorant

BEWARE: Unfortunately I and my friend invested with Gary Marks and he lost either all of it or a lot of it. I can't even tell because they won't let the funds out for years and what is left keeps going down. Some of it got lost to the Petters fraud. Other parts of it to Madoff. What is left is still inaccessible. Now if you ask him any questions he just claims ignorance and refers you to the fund managers. He was basically a feeder who skimmed fees and in the end profoundly failed so I would say that the value of his advice in this book is less than worthless - it is dangerous to your financial well-being!
