Meet the Author

Roger Fredericks for more than two decades has been one of the most influential pioneers of the golf fitness movement, and one of the rare golf professionals who is an expert in both the golf instruction and physiology. Roger has taught more than 20,000 golfers, including 60 PGA Tour players, and seven Golf Hall of Fame members, including the Big Three: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player. He currently offers his Golf Instruction and Flexibility programs at La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA and lives in nearby Encinitas with his wife Jean and son Ryan.
