Highly Recommended for All Bible Enthusiasts

N.T. Wright has been noted as a pastor with a scholar's heart. I have admired his straightforwardness and application to daily life. This is a perfect guide for Paul's greatest theological epistle.

Great mix of the simple and the sublime

I was looking for a study guide on Romans for our small group Bible study. N.T. Wright's was the best among many for us because it was based on deep scholarship and insight, but delivered without the scholarly trappings that put lay people off. It is practical, yet theological as well. I have also noticed that its questions generate meaningful discussions, which is also a characteristic of good study guides.
I recommend this study guide highly for those kinds of groups for which it was written.
