Despite it all they both find love and happiness in this remote part of Britannica. Each day that dawns they both feel will be their last. Undercover they weave a complex assault on Rome’s enemies, aided by an Iceni princess, tribal warriors and tradesmen from Germanica. Each outsider is seeking their own revenge against Rome’s’ brutal acts. But surely you don’t help such people to do this? Surely Roman officers should be defending Rome, not acting like traitors! There are more questions than answers. Survive they must despite the desperate odds against them. They both have too much to lose!
