This is the definitive biography of one of the greatest motion picture stars ever. The book is a time capsule that is informative, educational and inspiring. My favorite Ronald Colman films are Lost Horizon, A Tale of Two Cities and Random Harvest. I also love the radio show Halls of Ivy in which he co-starred with his wife Benita. In reading this biography, I learned that the man himself was a person of good character, whose real life is even more interesting than the aforementioned memorable roles. Mr. Colman was A Man For All Seasons, and his daughter has done an immeasurable service by writing this literary treasure. It will forever remain on my bookshelf!
