Jane S. Jensen has a PhD from the University of Illinois and a JD from Temple University Law School. and has taught political science at the University of Kentucky and Temple University. She was an attorney with the U.S. Maritime Administration and has published in several journals, including Teaching Political Science, Asian Forum, the University of Cincinnati Law Review, and the International Development Review for which she also served as book review editor.
